Term and Conditions

Payment Schedule
  • Payment shall be made in FULL AMOUNT by bank transfer.
  • Payment shall be settled not later than 2 (two) weeks after receiving invoice.
  • The organizer will confirm the sponsorship package booking on first-come-first-served basis.
  • The organizer will confirmthe acceptance of exhibitor in written by email.
Cancellation Policy for Sponsors

If a reservation is cancelled, the following cancellation policy will apply

  • Cancellation made up to 12 May 2022, no cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Cancellation made up to 12 July 2022, 25% cancellation fee from the total invoice will be applied.
  • Cancellation made up to 12 August 2022, 50% cancellation fee from the total invoice will be applied.
  • Cancellation made up to 12 September 2022, 75% cancellation fee from the total invoice will be applied.
  • Cancellation made after 12 September 2022, the full amount of the invoice will not be refunded.
Disclaimer

If IFPSM World Summit 2022 (the “Conference”) is cancelled due to typhoon, earthquake, flood, fire, social unrest or other causes beyond the control of the Organizing Committee of the Conference (force majeure), the organizing committee of the conference reserve the right to cancel the Conference within 14 (fourteen) days before the summit. If this should happen, the organizing committee will return the sponsorship item after deducting the expenditures occurred. The deduction should not exceed 20% of the original sponsorship. In addition to the above, the organizing committee also has the right to make changes to the event.
